Xiaofeng Xu commenced his career as a lecturer in the College of Optical,Mechanical and Electrical Engineering,ZAFU after obtaininghis masterdegreein Mechanical Material EngineeringfromSWUSTinJune,2005.Now he has been pursuing his doctoral degree in Mechanical Design in BJFU fromSept. 2018.From Jan. 2016 to Jan. 2017hehad been a visiting scholar in the Department of Mechanical Engineering in the University of Auckland in New Zealand.His major research fields includeelectroless composite plating,agroforestry machinery and equipment design,andbiomass densification &biomass energy utilization.Hehas presided over or as a principal member participated in several national level,provincial level and enterprise-funded latitude research projects. And on the basis hehas published more than 10 papers,someof which were indexedbySCIor EI. He won the third prize of Liang Xi’s Forestry Science and Technology Award of Chinain 2012, thethirdprize ofScience and Technology Revitalize ForestsAward of Zhejiang Provincein 2013 andthesecondprize ofScience and Technology Revitalize ForestsAward of Zhejiang Provincein 2014 as a principal member.He has been authorized4invention patents,published2textbookson Mechanical Engineering Materialsas a principal member.
