Tong Sun, received Ph.D degree from Zhejiang University in 2011. He is an associate professor ofZhejiang Agriculture and Forestry University, andisa tutor of Master of Mechanics. From 2010to 2011, hevisited the agricultural processing laboratory of Kyoto University in Japan.He is mainly engaged in the research of rapid nondestructivedetectionforthe quality and safety of agricultural products/foodbyspectroscopy.Hehaspresided projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China,JiangxiProvincial Natural Science Foundation of ChinaandOverseas Students Scienceand Technology Activities Project Merit Funding.He has published more than60papers, of which more than30were included in SCI, and hasauthorized 8 invention patents and 15 utility modelpatents.He has wonthesecond prize of Scientific and Technological Award ofHainanProvince,and excellent award of Outstanding Contribution Award of Jiangxi Agricultural Science and Education Personnel.
