The major of Electronic and Information Engineering has been enrolled since 2004. It has been listed as a characteristic specialty of the University in 2013, and approved as a first-class professional construction site in Zhejiang Province in 2019, and approved the engineering education accreditation by China Engineering Education Accreditation Associationin 2023. It was approved as a master's program in Electronic Information in 2021.
This major cultivates applied engineering and technical talents with comprehensive development of morality, intelligence, physique, aesthetics and labor, who can meet the needs of local and regional social and economic development, serve the development needs of small and medium-sized enterprises in the local electronic information industry, and can be engaged in the design, development, application, integration, testing, operation and maintenance and management in the fields of electronic technique, information and communication, industrial control, acquisition and processing of signal, computer application, and other aspects.
