Qinghua Yang received a Ph.D. degree from Zhejiang University of Technology in 2005. His major research fields include robotics and intelligent equipment technology, intelligent agricultural engineering technology, metal plastic forming technology, etc. He has developed several fruit and vegetable-picking robot bodies, robotic arms, and various end actuators with independent property rights. Besides, he realized the first domestic high-efficiency negatively negative pressure apple-picking robot and the first domestic six-axis space frame robot system for bone orthopedic reset.
He has presided over more than 30 national 863 plan projects, national major science and technology support plan projects, National Natural Science Foundation Project, Zhejiang Outstanding Youth Fund Project, Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Key R & D project, Zhejiang Natural Science Foundation, Science and Technology Department Project and Military Industry Project. Moreover, he obtained a total of more than 100 academic papers (more than 60 SCI/EI) and more than 30 authorized invention patents.
